These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, digital content, online forms, and related services operated by Attend OpCo LLC d/b/a Attend Home Care (“Attend Home Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any current or future web or mobile platforms (collectively, the “Site”).
